Shipping policy

Every Jade & Flo's order is carefully inspected, hand-packed and beautifully presented before it leaves our studio.

United Kingdom

All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Processing Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery

Please note that delivery estimates are provided by Royal Mail and cannot be guaranteed.

Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number so you can follow your order's journey.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for parcels delivered to an address entered incorrectly at checkout.

If you notice an error, please contact us immediately. We can amend your address only if your order has not yet been dispatched.

If your parcel is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us and we will assist you in opening an investigation with Royal Mail.

Parcels are only considered lost once Royal Mail confirms this under their delivery guidelines.

International shipping will be available soon.

Any customs duties, import taxes or local handling fees are the responsibility of the customer.
